In Most cases order placed with TruckAddons.com are shipping within 24-48 hours. Please wait 7 to 10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) before calling on the status of your order. Request for order status before this time period has elapsed are not able to be answered. If your order is placed after 2 PM EST., the order will not be considered placed until the following business day.
Standard Ground Shipping:
Most items ordered through TruckAddons.com are shipping to you via FedEx. In most cases this allows you to receive you part within approximately 1-5 business days.
Some products may be "special ordered" or "factory backordered" items, which means it will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of special orders, please allow up to ten business before requesting order status on special order products. This allows us to keep our prices low and our shipping times a quick as possible.
TruckAddons.com prides itself on offering the largest selection of parts on the internet, which includes pieces such as wheel to wheel truck steps and one piece grille guards. Parts such as these are too large to be shipping via UPS or FedEx and must be shipped via common carrier. Shipping charges for pieces that require truck freight are not included in any "Free Shipping" specials, and are the responsibility of the customer. Typical truck freight rates are from $50 - $250 depending on the product size and weight. Items shipped via truck freight also typically take longer than UPS or FedEx transit times. Please allow 14 days before calling in to check the status of any order that will ship via common carrier.
Items that ship truck freight also take a little longer to reach the shipping destination. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
On truck freight items you MUST note any damage to the delivered goods with the freight company before signing for your delivery.
Second Day Air & Next Day Air:

We reserve the right to use the shipping company of our choice without the notification or permission of the customer.
Truck Freight Shipping Adjustments:
TruckAddons.com makes every effort possible to be sure that all items that must be shipped via truck freight are listed on the product page with a note explaining the shipping method and charges that apply to the product. However due to product updates and new products we are unable to list every item that must be shipped via truck freight right away. TruckAddons.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost on any order accordingly. In the event that a shipping cost must be adjusted, the customer will be notified by a member of our sales staff before the order is placed.
If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim with the freight company. Shipping companies typically require that damage claims be filed within FORTY-EIGHT HOURS of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. TruckAddons.com will gladly re-ship your part to you, but we are only able to do so after receiving payment from the shipping company on your claim. If you claim is denied by the shipping company, we are not able to re-ship the product. File a damage claim here.
Products Lost in Shipping:
TruckAddons.com can not be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. If your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the shipping and not TruckAddons.com. We are only able to re-ship your product after receiving payment.
We no longer offer shipping to APOs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
TruckAddons.com can not be held responsible for any reason that FedEx or UPS
is not able to deliver your order. (ie: bad weather, broken down vehicle,
etc.). We are responsible to help you track your order and deliver
the right products to the right people. If you allow us to replace
a returned item there will be no handling charges. If you choose to
go another route there will be handling & shipping charges.
Canadian shipments are subject to actual shipping fees and are not eligable for free shipping promotions. Additionally, all tariffs, customs duties, brokerage fees, value added taxes (VAT) and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Canadian buyer and are seperate fees additional to the original shipping fee. Buyer should expect a bill from the shipping company for all duties, customs fee, etc.. It will be your responsibility to pay those fees to the shipping company upon receipt of the bill.
