DiabloSport - The Power People
Founded in 2000, DiabloSport designs and manufactures the industry’s most unique line
of performance products for the automotive industry. Later
we merged with Autologic, another star in the field of tuning
since the early '80s.
We were the first ones (at least in the USA) to come out with
the EECV chip, as well as the first ones to come out with a
switch chip (back then everyone was laughing... who would want
that?). Until recently, many of our competitors used to buy
all the chips from us.
DiabloSport has become a well-known leader in electronic handheld
programmers of Engine Control Units for Ford and GM.
We are very proud to say that everything we make is made in-house,
all the way to the smallest detail!
At DiabloSport, we do not wait for others to develop the leading
edge technologies needed to succeed – we create them ourselves
to gain the competitive advantages that help differentiate us
from the competition. In fact we employ degreed individuals in
various disciplines. These DiabloSport tuners and engineers are
at the very forefront of developing breakthrough technologies
for the 21st Century.
Our production follows ISO 9000 guidelines when assembling
all components. All of our products are pre-assembled by our
Surface Mount Assembly line, which includes critical devices
like pick-and-place machines and de-stackers. Though automation
allows us to be more proficient at assembling, the true skills
are in the handwork of our employees. Soldering key components
is a job best done by highly qualified individuals and at DiabloSport we feel that individuals are our best asset.
Quality inspection is a job shared by both person and machine.
Key connection spots are checked via laser guided cameras to
ensure proper conductivity. The integrity of EVERY unit found
in our products is checked by quality control inspectors, we
don’t sample one or two per batch here. Bench testing
isn't enough either. New tunes are tested in the field by authorized
DiabloSport beta testers and changes for increased power
or adjustability are instantly released in downloadable updates
via the website.
