Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
  We will ship anywhere in the world as long as the consumer is willing to pay the actual shipping charges. All items shipped outside the 48 continental U.S. must go UPS or FedEx via 2nd Day Air. (This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada)
 

Why can't you ship to a separate address?
  We prefer to ship only to the billing address that is attached to your credit card. The reason for this, is because it is one step toward helping prevent credit card fraud. If your card is stolen, and someone orders something with it from us request it be sent to a different address. We will not ship the item. So this precaution is for your safety and for ours.

We will ship to a separate address, but you must first call your credit card company and have that address added to your account.
 

What happens if my item is lost in shipping?
  We are not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. How ever if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.
 

What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
  If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.
 


Order Questions
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
  Most all orders placed are received by the customer in 5-7 business days. The only time any order may take longer, is in the event of a back order on a product, item lost in shipping, or if the customer ordered a product that had to be shipped via truck freight.
 

Is my personal/credit card information safe with your web site?
  Yes all of our customers personal information is completely secure. Our shopping cart is certified with Verisign 128-bit SSL encryption for safety. We do not share our customers information with any other companies.
 

How can I track my order?
  Please fill out the Tracking Request Form.
TruckAddons.com ships from multiple warehouses all across the country, and ships direct from 500+ manufacturers straight to you. This saves our customers time and money, but because we ship from so many different locations we aren't always able to provide customers with a tracking number right away. Most of the time customers receive their order before we are able to get them their tracking number.
 

Will there be sales tax on my order?
  6% Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered to Kentucky. Additionally if an item is shipped directly from a manufacturer then all orders to the state that the manufacturer is located will be subject to sales tax.
 


Returns/Exchange & Cancellations
How do I return or exchange an item?
  We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made and unpredictable circumstances can arise. It is for these reasons that we allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days, no matter what the reason. Shop with confidence and feel comfortable in knowing that if you aren't please with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the product price so long as you follow the our returns policy guidelines . Can I cancel my order?
  Because we strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to cancel your order before it's processed unless you've placed it within a very short amount of time. To inquire about your order please call us at 1-800-388-8637
 


Product Warranties
How do I claim a warranty issue on an item?
  We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty and product defects. Items with defects that are still under warranty, must be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are for exchange of the item only. No refunds of money will be given. To get the phone number and address to the manufacture of the product, please email us, and we will help you contact them. All shipping charges to and from the manufacturer are paid by the customer.

  We double check every order to ensure it is correct before shipping. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they are choosing the correct item for their vehicle application.   If you know the part # of the item your looking for then please call our live sales team and they will place the order for you. (Note. If the customer provides the part # of an item, they are responsible for making sure that the item is the correct application for their vehicle.
