Please fill out the Tracking Request Form. TruckAddons.com ships from multiple warehouses all across the country, and ships direct from 500+ manufacturers straight to you. This saves our customers time and money, but because we ship from so many different locations we aren't always able to provide customers with a tracking number right away. Most of the time customers receive their order before we are able to get them their tracking number. |

How do I return or exchange an item? | |

It is for these reasons that we allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 14 days, no matter what the reason. How do I claim a warranty issue on an item? | |
We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty and product defects. Items with defects that are still under warranty, must be returned to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are for exchange of the item only. No refunds of money will be given. To get the phone number and address to the manufacture of the product, please email us, and we will help you contact them. All shipping charges to and from the manufacturer are paid by the customer. | |
