Web Order Tracking

If you have received a breif system generated email that states "Your order has shipped", then you can log into your account on our shopping cart system to view your tracking information.

  • Login to My Account
  • On the Account Dashboard, Select My Orders in the Left Menu
  • Under Orders, Tracking info should be available per order.

We will reply to this request as quickly as possible, please do not call for tracking numbers.

Just so you know, in most cases we will automatically email you with tracking information within a few business days of placing your order without you having to request it. Most of our orders are processed and shipped within this time frame and you will automatically receive an email shipping confirmation as your items ship.

TruckAddons.com ships from multiple warehouses across the country as well as shipping directly from hundreds of product manufacturers straight to you when needed. This can cause delays in providing the customer a tracking number.

Please be sure to include your order number when submitting your request.
