Easy Returns & Exchange

We allow our customers to return ANY item purchased from us within 30 days as long as the item is resalable and returned in the original package with everything intact.

1.Customer Must Obtain an RGA number from before returning any item.
We can not accept any item for return without an RGA number from Click here to request an RGA #.

Note: If the item is returned without a RGA# , this will delay the credit and returns process up to 3 weeks, cause repercussions, and you may not receive full credit.

2. Customer must return the item in brand new condition, unused and in the original packaging.

3. If the customer made the mistake, the customer must provide shipping insurance for the full amount of the product value (cost) and the shipping charges to get the item(s) back to

Returns Policy

You must first contact TruckAddons before returning any items.  To do so by phone, contact us at: 859-231-8120, or by email: Click Here.  Within 30 days of receiving your order, we will exchange any UNUSED & UNBOXED resalable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for any price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference could be subject to a return fee. If the return is due to an error on the part of, we will email you a prepaid FedEx return label. If the return is not due to an error on the part of, then the customer pays for the shipping. If the customer is at fault for ordering the incorrect part from our website, they may return the item as long as the guidelines of the return policy are met. 

  • All returned items MUST have a RGA number written on the package, items returned without a RGA number will be refused at time of delivery. Click here to get a RGA number.
  • All the items parts, box, etc. and information on what's wrong need to be sent with the return.
  • NO returns or refunds will be accepted on custom made and developed products.
  • Any products refused upon delivery are also subject to a return fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
  • If you have an item that is either lost or damaged in shipping, please fill out the damage claim form within 3 days of delivery.  Please state what has happened and we will file a damage claim on your behalf.
  • When an item is shipped with Free Freight and the item(s) have to be returned. They will have actual shipping charges on the return, unless the item(s) is exchanged with a similar item(s). Non-exchanged item(s) will only be credited for difference after shipping charges are accessed.
  • All Items must be returned in original packaging only.
  • No returns will be accepted on items that have been installed.
  • No returns will be accepted on programmers or electrical items.
  • All manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
  • The handling charge on the order is non refundable. (Not all orders have handling charges.)
  • Gift certificates cannot be refunded or canceled. Gift Certificates are not transferable.
  • An item returned in poor condition or has missing parts; will NOT be credited & may be returned to you at your expense.
  • On all returns in which is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if the item is being exchanged, the customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to you.
  • We may re-bill your credit card on any return or credit card chargeback for the shipping and handling charges

All returns without an exchange are subject to a return fee equal to 20% of the purchase price of the item returned, as well as all freight charges. Any order canceled is subject to the same return fee.  If you have doubts about an item, please do not place the order without first speaking with one of our sales agents.

Most orders ship within 1 to 7 days. However we do experience occasional delays due to product availability either from low stock in our warehouse or back-orders from the manufacturer. In the event of a shipping delay that is not acceptable to the customer, we will offer an exchange for another brand. If an exchange is not acceptable and the customer requests a cancellation, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
