F-150 4WD
In 2004 Ford completely redesigned the F150, which included a major suspension change in the form of front Coilover Shocks with Rack and Pinion Steering. This complex design is one that Fabtech engineers have had many years of experience with and welcomed the challenge to build a 6" Performance System to clear 35" tall tires.
System Features:
- Allows use of stock tires, wheels and spare
- High arched 1/4" thick crossmembers
- Includes 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate
- Rack and Pinion assembly does not need to be relocated
- Retains factory front coil springs for smooth ride
- Tubular impact struts included
- Increased caster for greater alignability with oversized tires

6" Performance
System w/ Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers
For 2004-2008 F150 4WD
As an upgrade to our 6” Performance System we offer the system with our Dirt Logic 2.50 adjustable Coilovers. The Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers feature a large 2.50” OD nickel plated steel body, 2.25” OD piston along with billet aluminum end caps, in a take apart design for fining tuning if required. This large front Coilover provides outstanding offroad dampening for aggressive driving while providing a compliant highway ride. Due to the superior dampening capacity of the Dirt Logic 2.50 we caution drivers not to drive past the limits of the stock components of the vehicle.

6" Basic System w/Front Shock Coilover Spacers
For 2009-2011 F150 4WD
The Basic System utilizes a spacer with the factory coilover shock and features Fabtech’s signature arched lower control arm crossmembers constructed of 1/4” thick steel, with integrated differential skid plate to provide strength and rigidity to the front frame and suspension. Crossmembers include adjustable eccentric cams for easy front end alignment and ability to hold alignment under offroad conditions. Fabtech’s proprietary steering knuckles are built with the finest American made ductile iron and will allow use of an 18" or 20” diameter wheel. Also included in these systems are sway bar brackets, impact struts, blocks and a u-bolt kit.

System
For 2004-2008 F150 4WD V8 Models Only
This system utilizes the factory front coilover shocks with bolt on extension ounts that secure the shocks to the lower control arms. This system also features our signature arched lower control arm crossmembers and ductile iron spindles that provide superior ground clearance with the ability to use the stock spare tire. Also included are lower control arm eccentric cams for easy alignment, front differential skid plate, sway bar drop brackets, 5" double pin rear lift blocks, and u-bolt kit.

6" Basic System w/Bilstein Front Shocks
For 2004-2008 F150 4WD V8 Models Only
Lift is accomplished via an extended length front shock that utilizes the factory front coil springs for a smooth ride. As with all of Fabtech's 4 Wheel Drive IFS systems this one features a 1/4" thick steel differential skid plate, increased caster for greater alignability and will allow the use of the factory spare tire. Installation does not require the relocation of the Rack and Pinion assembly. A double pin block and U-Bolt system provides rear lift for the vehicle.

2" Leveling System
For 2009-2011 F150 4WD
This kit bolts on top of the factory coilover shock which will retain the factory ride and makes for a simple & smooth installation. This kit will raise the front of the truck 2” and allow proper clearance for a 33” tall tire. Spacers are made of 6061 aluminum for added strength and durability.
