6" RTS™ System for 2011-2012 GM 4WD 2500HD, 3500HD

The 6” RTS™ system has been designed with unitized bracketry to retain the four front compression stops of the vehicle as GM intended. This distributes impact loads across a wide section of the frame rather than at a single point.

High arched crossmembers and front differential skid plate are constructed of 1/4” thick steel to resist bending from hard front suspension impacts. Only 1/4” thick steel provides the rigidity and strength necessary to relocate the torsion bars, bump stops and lower control arms properly.

Minimal heavy duty bracketry allow for a fast installation time with only two holes to drill and no cutting of the front diff housing. The 6” RTS™ system allows the use of both 18” and 20” diameter wheels.

4" Ultimate System for 11-12 GM 4WD 2500HD/3500HD

Our new 4” Ultimate System provides less lift than our 6” RTS™ system but still allows use of 35” tall tires for street and offroad use. We have developed this system utilizing replacement upper control arms constructed of 1.50” OD .120” thick wall DOM tubing that attaches to heavy duty Fabtech ductile iron steering knuckles. The factory torsion bars remain in the stock position and use new forged adjusting keys to provide the proper amount of lift.

There is no loss of ground clearance with this system as the stock lower control arms, torsion bars and front differential do not need to be relocated.

This 4” Ultimate System will level the stance of the vehicle compared to the factory nose down rake with no change to the rear suspension. For those customers that require a factory nose down appearance an optional 1” rear block kit is available.

2011 HD Multiple Shock Systems

Our Multiple Shock system for 2011 GM HD's features an upper loop constructed of 1.5" OD x .120 wall DOM tubing that attaches to the frame with the lower mount fastening to the stock lower control arm. This design places the shock load on the frame and large lower control arm as the factory intended it for increased strength and ball joint longevity. System allows use of Performance Shocks or Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Shocks that have been extensively tuned for a quality ride both on and offroad.
