NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: That's right! The American Tonneau Tri-Fold comes completely assembled with no loose parts or any need for tools to install. Simply remove from the box, align on the truck bed and tighten the front and rear clamps. Installs in just a few minutes.

EASY TO USE: Opened up to the cab of your truck, or covering your cargo, the American Tonneau Tri-Fold is easy to use in all climates. The Tri-Fold permits open space when you need to haul cargo taller than the truck bed quickly. Simply release the tail clamps and fold the tonneau cover open and attach the buckles. Extra security is provided via locking your tailgate too!

FABRIC AND STITCHING: The heavy duty fabric on the American Tonneau Tri-Fold is tear resistant, durable and will not stretch, fade or crack over time. Our precise stitching utilizes a marine grade thread to resist mildew or rot and we sew in a rub strip to the perimeter of the fabric to prevent wear. Permanently attached to the frame, the fabric will provide years of service.

ALUMINUM FRAME AND BOWS: The frame and bows of the American Tonneau Tri-Fold are constructed of extruded aluminum which provide strength and lightweight in one package. The bows are arched to provide water run-off and all components are painted for a long lasting appearance.

FRONT CLAMPS: Produced from fiberglass reinforced nylon, the American Tonneau Tri-Fold’s front clamps are designed to keep the cover secure on your truck. The “T” handle design permits tool-free installation by simply rotating the handle to tighten or the opposite direction to remove the cover when your truck bed is required to be fully open.

REAR CLAMPS: Also produced from fiberglass reinforced nylon, the American Tonneau Tri-Fold's rear clamps are easily aligned to the truck bed inner lip and the lever is rotated down to lock the cover to your truck.

HINGES AND SEALING: The heavy duty hinges and seals on the American Tonneau Tri-Fold are designed to provide years of service. The hinges are also produced from fiberglass reinforced nylon and move quietly and smoothly. The perimeter of the Tri-Fold frame is fully covered with our foam seals to provide all-around contact, keeping the elements out.

TAIL-GATE SEAL: The American Tonneau Tri-Fold comes with a FREE tailgate seal - a $29.95 value! The tailgate seal attaches using an adhesive backing to the rear opening of your truck bed to help keep dust and moisture from entering.
