1995.5-2006
Tacoma
Toyota moved
away from their traditional torsion bar front IFS suspension in
1995.5 and introduced a front strut assembly into their line of
SLA (Short Long A Arm) 4 wheel drive trucks. As this new style of
front suspension has become a roadblock to other suspension manufacturers,
Fabtech took this design as a challenge and has developed and built
a multitude of suspension systems.
We have addressed Toyota’s strut assembly with two styles
of systems, replacement coil over shocks and IFS system.
Our adjustable coil over shocks replace the stock strut assembly
for a 0-3.5" lift system. If you are looking for more height,
then check out our 6" IFS Performance System with extended
length strut assemblies and heavy duty bracketry. No matter
what your height requirements, Fabtech has a system for you. |

Fabtech 6" Basic System
For 05-06 Toyota Tacoma 4WD
This system features our
proven IFS technology with
extended length steering
knuckles and arched
crossmembers for
excellent on and
offroad performance.
Lift is accomplished
via a steel coilover
shock spacer system
retaining the stock ride
characteristics of the
vehicle. The Rack and Pinion
remains in the factory location
increasing installation time. Also
included in this system is a 1 /4" thick
differential skid plate and impact struts. |

For 05-06 Toyota Tacoma 4WD
The heart of this new system includes our Dirt Logic
2.5 Adjustable Coilover shocks providing incredible suspension
dampening capacity for offroad use with a good highway ride. High
arched lower control arm crossmembers with extended length cast
steering knuckles provides superior strength for longevity. The
factory Rack and Pinion steering does not need to be relocated
for installation. System includes a 1 /4" thick differential Skid
Plate, Sway Bar links, Impact struts, and more. |

Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers
Built for aggressive offroad driving, this Coilover features
a 2.50" OD take apart shock with height adjustability coming
from the threaded body and performance coil spring. Offroad dampening
capacity is so superior with this Coilover we caution drivers
to not drive past the limits of the stock components of the vehicle. |

Performance Coilovers
Core of this Coilover is a 2.0"
OD take apart race shock, with a fully threaded body, allowing
ride height adjustment with a performance coil spring for outstanding
offroad dampening with a good highway ride. |

Basic Coilovers
System features our Performance shock absorber with a replacement
coil spring and adjustable coil seat for a good highway and offroad
ride. |

Fabtech’s 0-3.5” Adjustable Coil-over Systems for
the Tacoma offer three front shock type choices: Fabtech Basic
Coil-over Shocks, Performance Shocks or Dirt Logic 2.5 Shocks.

Logic 2.25 Shocks are included for your rear suspension. |

6" Performance System
For 95.5-04 Toyota Tacoma 4
& 6 Cylinder
Our 6” Performance System features specially valved extended
length front shocks that utilize the stock coil springs for a
factory like ride. Massive extended length cast steering knuckles
attach to high arched lower control arm crossmembers for superior
strength. A 1/4" thick steel skid plate protects the front
differential. Included in this system includes preinstalled wheel
bearings, seals and ball joints for a quick installation.
Please
note that the 6 cylinder system is a “bolt
on”
system that requires precision hydraulic press work to install. |
