did their homework. Although they stayed with a live axle design

Spring Hanger Systems
For 99-04 F250/350 Super Duty & 00-05
Excursion
Obtain 3.5" of front end lift without
changing the front leaf springs. The super stout spring hangers replace
the factory units without welding or cutting. Excursion models will
require a 2" rear block kit to level off the ride height. 2001
Super Duty and Excursion systems include replacement front frame crossmember
and bumper brackets. |

pads for a superior ride. Front springs include military wrapped front

Coilover Conversion Systems
For
99-04 F250/350 Super Duty
Fabtech floored the industry in 2004 with the release of our 2005
Super Duty 4 Link Coilover Conversion system with our mega sized
Dirt Logic 4.0’s. New for this year
is the same high end conversion system but now available for earlier model
2000-2004 Super Duty’s.
This 100% bolt on 8" 4 Link Coilover conversion systems utilizes the same 2" OD
Links with race style 1" spherical bearings as our 2005 Super Duty system for
superior strength. The 4 link arms attach to the frame with bolt on 1/4" thick steel
brackets. The link arms are attached to the factory front axle housing with massive
1/4" thick steel brackets that surround the housing and secure the 4 Link Arms for
heavy offroad use. Due to the increased side load of a 4 Link suspension we include a
replacement 2" OD Trac Bar with 1-1/4" Heims to properly locate the
front axle throughout the travel range. The Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover shocks attach
to the frame via a large hoop style shock bucket and to the axle, integrating
into the 4 Link axle brackets. The factory sway bar is relocated with billet
sway bar links while triple layer limiting straps control the extended wheel
travel of the front suspension. This system will provide a substantial ride quality
increase both on and offroad.
