- 2005 Dodge 1500 4WD
When Dodge switched
their front suspension from a solid axle/leaf spring design to a
four link coil spring configuration, they opened the world to a
whole new type of performance suspension system. To take advantage
of the incredible potential of the Dodge Ram 4 wheel drive, we have
ventured out and created performance suspension systems like no
other. Once again upholding the Fabtech tradition.

Basic System
System features heavy duty steel coil spring spacers for lift without
having to change the factory coil springs. Replacement 1 3/4" diameter
lower control links provide proper caster and strength for offroad
use. System includes replacement bump stops, blocks and u bolts. |

System
Fabtech's Performance System for Ram
1500’s provides increased ride height with additional wheel
travel and articulation. The upper and lower control links are
replaced with extended length 1 3 /4” OD link arms and heavy
duty frame brackets that utilize 5 1/2” tall coil springs
for outstanding on and offroad ride. System also includes a Trac
Bar relocation bracket, Pitman Arm, Bump Stops and more. Rear lift
options include a Block and Add A Leaf combo or Replacement Leaf
Springs. Other options include a front Multiple Shock System for
hardcore offroad use. |

Performance System
Using our proven IFS technology this system features extended length
steering knuckles and arched crossmembers for excellent on and offroad
performance. Unique to Dodge is the lower control arm bushings mounting
in the frame. Fabtech addresses this Dodge feature with a preinstalled
vulcanized rubber bushing fitted into our rear crossmember for a
quick installation while providing a factory like ride. System includes
a 1/4" thick differential skid plate, impact struts, heavy duty tie
rods, add a leafs, torsion bar mounts and more. |
