Full Float Rear Axles:
Eliminate the solid axle having to support the weight of the vehicle as well as hold the wheels on. You'll also find the largest spline count possible, limited only by the differential. O-ring seals are used on the hub lock interface.
Warn Axles:
Tougher than the rocks they crawl over. You'll find 4340 chrome/nickel aircraft alloy forms the heart of Warn axle products. It has far better fatigue and strength characteristics than the mild steel used in most other axles. Every axle is splined by CNC machining and then heat treated for maximum strength. This gives the Warn axles a yield strength of 230,000 psi. |
