RBP's Tundra systems feature extended length ductile steering knuckles that have been designed to provide proper turning radius with oversized tires and wheels. The high arched 1/4" thick stell cross-members have an integrated differential skid plate for protection against offroad obstacles.
The Performance system includes RBP's 2.5 coilover shocks for agressive offroard use with a good highway ride and a 3" block and U-Bolt system for rear lift. The Basic system features a heavy duty shock spacer system that retains the stock coilover shocks for a factory like ride.

RBP announces their latest 6" IFS systems for the late model Ford F150 trucks. Constructed of 1/4" thick steel, RBP's signature arched lower control arm crossmembers and integrated differential skid plate provide strength and rigidity to the front frame and suspension. Crossmembers include adjustable eccentric cams for easy front end alignment and ability to hold alignment under offroad conditions.
RBP's proprietary steering knuckles are built with the finest American made ductile iron and will allow use of 18" or 20" diameter wheel. Also included in these systems are sway bar brackets, impact struts, blocks and u bolts. RBP offers two 6" Systems including a Basic system that utilizes a spacer with the factory Coilover shock or the Performance system that features the Coilover shocks for oustanding damping capacity.

Our 8" Performance System has been redesigned to work in conjunction with GM's new Magna Transfer Case in 2007. This includes new differential mounts to be used with a CV front driveshaft for vibration free operation in 4WD high. New style steering knuckles have been designed to reduce the track width as compared to early model systems.
High arched lower arm crossmembers with support tubes and impact struts distribute front suspensions impact loads throughout the frame. Replacement upper control arms feature a tubular design with integrated shock tabs for us with an optional dual shock system for increase dampening. Rear lift is accomplished via a 2" Add-A-Leaf and 4" block system. with extended length bump stops.

RBP leads the industry with their approved 6" Suspension Systems for the new 2009 GM 2500HD's and 3500 single rear wheel trucks with Stablitrac. GM has started integrated the Stablitrac feature as a standard on all 2009 through 2010 models. RBP's 6" systems will now fit from 2001 through 2009 including Stablitrac models.
Accessories such as Steering Stabilizers, Tie Roads, Multiple Shock Systems and Traction Bars will also fit the 2009 through 2010 Stablitrac models.

The 8" RBP Performance Suspension System is accomplished via one-piece cast drop down steering knuckles attaching to heavy-duty 1/4" thick, high arched lower control arm crossmembers with tubular upper control arms. RBP combination of steering knuckle, high arched crossmembers and upper control arms provides an excellent ride quality with high ground clearance. System will provide a true 8 inches of lift without adjustment to the torsion bars allowing the use of 37" tall tires. The rear suspension is lifted using a 4" block kits 2" add a leafs. The systems completed with rear bump stop brackets and a rear driveshaft carrier bearing drop bracket.
