Technology:
EGR Fender Flares are manufactured using advanced computer controlled
forming and trimming machinery to ensure each component of the
flare kit fits precisely to the specified vehicle application,
without the need for additional trimming during installation.
The NO DRILL hardware systems have been designed and tested with
each flare application to allow for normal vehicle design variations.
Production:
EGR's unique approach to forming and continuous downstream processing
means fast response times and the rapid introduction of new applications.
All parts are supplied as 2 or 4 piece sets to suit specific
applications for ease of ordering and reduction of inventory.

Design
& Coverage:
Each flare set is individually sculptured by our professional industrial
design team using sophisticated computer modeling technology to
enhance the unique styling of each vehicle. The additional tire
coverage of each application varies from smaller to larger vehicles;
from 1 1/4" to 1 3/4", or 32mm to 45mm. The extent of
the coverage has been selected based on the typical tire sizes
available for each vehicle application. |
