Edelbrock Performer Series 8.5:1 Crate Engines:
Built from a brand new GM Goodwrench 350 short block, the 8.5:1 compression ratio delivers dependable performance on pump gas. The Performer camshaft is matched to the compression ratio, manifold and carburetor for smooth performance from idle to 5500 rpm and the Edelbrock aluminum Performer heads have 70cc combustion chambers. All Performer Series Engines come with EPS manifold, hydraulic camshaft, 600cfm carburetor, 8" balancer, aluminum water pump MSD Pro-Billet distributor, ARP head bolts, and a 2-year / 24,000 mile warranty. Available in standard of polished finishes. Dyno-tested at 310 HP and 375 ft/lbs of torque.

Edelbrock Performer Series 9.0:1 Crate Engines:
Nearly identical to the Performer Series 8.5:1 engines, these engines feature higher compression ratio heads for more power and torque that's great for street machines and rods. Dyno-tested at 320 HP and 382 ft/lbs of torque.

Edelbrock Performer RPM Series Crate Engines:
The Edelbrock Performer RPM engines are based on the GM ZZ short block and include high-quality parts for outstanding street high-performance. The engine assembly includes flat-top pistons, a forged steel crank and 4-bolt main block. Complete with Performer RPM aluminum heads, the Performer RPM cam is matched to the compression ratio, manifold and carb for maximum power from 1500 to 6500 rpm. All Performer RPM Series Crate Engines deliver 410 HP and 410 ft/lbs of torque out-of-the-box. Crate engine includes an 8" balancer, aluminum water pump, MSD Pro-Billet distributor, high-volume oil pump and an 800cfm Performer carb. All Performer RPM Series Engines come with a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty. Available in standard or polished finishes.
